Take
the A38 out of Bristol heading towards Bristol Airport. Keep on
the A38, going past Bristol Airport on your right. About 2 miles
past Bristol Airport you will see a signpost saying Blagdon 2
1/4, turn left at this sign which will bring you onto a narrow
country lane. This lane will take you over a little humpback bridge
and you will reach a T junction. When you come to the T junction
turn left and carry on this road for about 2 miles. You will go
through a village called Rickford and you will eventually see
a sign saying Blagdon on the left hand side of the road. Carry
on along the same road and you will go through the main Blagdon
high street, with the Queen Adelaide pub on your left and at the
top of the hill the Seymour Arms on your right. Once you have
gone past the Seymour Arms the road dips and bends left, once
you have come to the top of the hill on the other side of the
dip the ground is just there on your left hand side. If you reach
the Live & Let Live pub on your right hand side you have gone
too far. |
